President

Kevin Bemel

Kevin is the President of Magnum Properties, providing trust and estate administration, financial and real estate management, startup and early stage company advisory services, and media project production. In 2010 he received the Order of Appreciation Medal from the Scouting Association of Japan for his work developing fellowship between Japanese and American scouts. In addition, Kevin has received numerous civic commendations, Boy Scouts awards, academic citations, and held many community and nonprofit board positions. His personal military decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with three Gold Stars, Army Achievement Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.

Bill Gross

Bill Gross, The LA Probate Expert, is a Los Angeles County probate and trust real estate specialist. He has been in California real estate sales since 1986. The practice office is on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. He handles court-confirmation sales at Stanley Mosk and IAEA closings for attorneys, executors, and heirs.
